I haven't seen season 3 yet but after thumbing through the episode guide there doesn't seem to be any jazz, bumblebee and others, what happened to them?

Is it just me or the way prowl went out, fire erupting out his face, was a bit...harsh, grizzly, and sad.

ok on the shuttle ironhide, ratchet, prowl, and brawn all died. Wheeljack and wind charger was shown dead in autobot city. optimus prime died and then we see huffers grave as well in episode 73 dark awakening. off screen deaths we saw know was smokescreen, mirage, trailbreaker, and red alert died and i think blue streak died as well correct me on that if i am wrong. I consider gears dead since he was on the moon that unicron ate. But what ever happen to sunstreaker, hound, sideswipe, tracks, grapple. They were at autobot city whether it was on screen or off screen. But what ever happen to hoist, inferno and skidswere they apart of the battle and did they die as well.

I agree, why would arcee bother to drag a dead body around in the middle of a huge battle. Plus they weren't grey at all, so yup alive.

They look pretty dead to me, giant holes in them, the lights in their eyes faded, I'm pretty sure they're dead.

Well I'll also say there isint much proof they lived either.

As someone else pointed out......Ultramagnus was blown to peaces and the lights in his eyes went out too, but he survived.

You can't have it both ways!

I like to consider it one of those instances where there is no definitive answer so you are free to conclude whatever you want. Most season 1 and 2 characters never appeared again anyway.

Actually I can since theres no definitive evidence from within the story that proves either case.:thumbs2:

    True enough.

I dont get why you guys are basing surviving or not by them turning gray.

Did anyone on the shuttle turn gray? No.

I coulda sworn that Wheeljack and Windcharger died because of the Insecticons. It was in either a story board or script.

Actully I dont think I mentioned the grey but here's why.......

    .

    YES
    :thumbs2:

    No.

    .
And both the script and the story boards are irrelevant.

Ok, so when it pans out to the Decepticons flying in, to take control and man the ship, were the Autobots not in color?

Its hard to tell with Prowl.

And besides.....who's to say any of them besides Prowl was actually dead at that point???

Brawn was still alive after being hit, Ironhide was still alive, the others could have just been knocked out.

Well that may not be correct either.

Yes, there was a bot that "LOOKED" like Wheeljack in the Victory series that showed up a few times.

But he was never mentioned by name, and the script for those episodes had him listed by a different name.

So he may have been a different character.

The wide shot does show that Ironhide, Brawn, and Ratchet are still colored. As Megatron walks forward just before Ironhide grabs his leg, however, you can see that Ratchet's hand has gone grey.

You can see Ratchet's cold dead hand at 1:17 here:

YouTube - Transformers The Movie "Shuttle Attack" Vince DiCola Score

As pointed out by sto_vo_kor_2000, Prowl was grey before he hit the ground.
