Right now I'm trying to decide between the official 360 one and the Linksys Gaming adapter WGA54G. Anyone know which one works better, such as the distance, performance, etc.?

Here's my 2 cents. I don't know which works better, but there are some differences in how you work with them. For example, last I heard, the xbox one is configurable from the xbox, which is convenient.

The linksys one, technically can be used for any system, while I don't think you can do that with the xbox one. You could hook up your lone linksys one to a switch and connect a multitude of systems to the internet at once. Even a computer that does not have wireless for a quick fix.

In any case, I don't know much about the xbox one, but I will say that the linksys one offers re-use, because it is platform independent. One is cheaper though, right? Good luck with your purchase though ;)
