Anybody bored of them now with Transformers in terms of recording the theme tunes towards the films.?

Why dont Mr Bay pick a different band to sing the main track for the Soundtrack.?

Does Mr Bay think Linkin Park the Greatest band in the world and its his fav band of all time.?

Each film should be someone Different to make it fresh but its just like the same type of song in each film.

I don't like Linkin Park either but if Bay's a fan, you should respect that.

It's also the same kind of film so why do you want a new kind of song?

I don't like Linkin Park myself, but hey, they're sort of become part of the movie franchise. Doesn't mean I have to like the music, and it's typically only heard at the end of the film so it's not like it impacts on my viewing or enjoyment of the film.

I never liked 'em to begin with, but it's not the biggest deal in the world to have to suffer through one song on a soundtrack I suppose.

Not a big fan of Linkin Park but I found the previous two sings pretty catchy/ok/fitting for the movies.

Also, please don't expect anything other than 'mainstream music that needs to sell' from a big Hollywood production like this. That's not how it works.

Last I checked, it was LP themselves who wanted a song to be in the first film, and it worked so well that they were brought in to co-write the score for the second film.

Dunno how you get bored from two songs, but that's just me.

I like them. Probably not as much as I use to. Their style suits the movie and tone prery well. I would like them to keep the tradition and write a song for DOTM.

I don't like them but there songs have so little impact on the film that it doesn't matter to me. It's not like you have to listen to the entire song in the intro.

I honestly can't remember the music in either of the films so far. It just didn't make any impact on me.

I suppose that TF fans, when they first heard of a live action movie, might have hoped for a kick ass soundtrack like the animated 80s movie.
Instead they get shit cookie cutter whiny nu metal nonsense from Linkin Park. But it looks like they just have to be suffered.

The orchestral music in the films is very good however. No Basil Poledouris but not bad at all.

I love Linkin Park, and I think their music absolutely fits in with Bay's TF movies, so... I'm not bored with them.

Though, I'm still having a hard time seeing their song "Burning in the Skies" as a TF song. I still think they should have gone with "The Catalyst" or "Robot Boy" as the theme for DOTM.

    This.

However I think Shadow of the Day would be great to hear in the movies but that's just me.

I think it would have been better to use some the movie's orchestral music rather than Linkin Park. I wouldn't say no to Stan Bush, but for an induction, some of Steve Jablonsky's score would have been nice.
