Thanks for the kind words, the last 24 hours have been tough; getting her to the Vet to be pronounced and having arrangements made for cremation. Been really tough, the last time I saw her she appeared healthy and that was on Weds.

We know that she was in a bad situation before she happened upon our doorstep. I have seen skittish cats but Missy was extremely skittish and I am glad that for the remaining time she had on this Earth she was in a safe environment. I wish we could of gotten her more out of her shell but she was really attached to my Mom and would occassionally allow me to pet her, my brother couldn't even be in the same room. I think this is why her death has been so tough on the family. I'd love to get hold of her previous owners. You see this stuff on TV but you never expect these kind of asses in your neighborhood, seriously, I should know better, but its really hard to imagine it happening down the street.
