BBTS carries them also. RoadBots Toys, Action Figures, and Collectibles I've bought one to see how they were. Not bad but the armor doesn't go anywhere in alt mode and the engineering and quality is nowhere near the level of Hasbro, especially Alternators.
have a few. with roadbots the general rule of thumb is bigger=better. the large scale GT is probably one of their best, but looks like it's sold out most places now. really solid figure with nice clicking parts, light effects, and rubber tires. bot is a bit bland but meh, I got him for like $15 for a robot that's unicron size. as you go smaller with roadbots, they turn into pretty generic figs with piles of armor that don't attach anywhere in vehicle mode. and the bots are pretty shitty/flimsy. if you can find any of the large scale 1:12 bots like the GT for a cheap price I'd say hit it up.
I got the white & blue redeco of the 1:12 Ford GT and the red redeco of the 1:12 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX, they're great despite the partsforming. The cars are really impressive, both in size and appearance.
Yeah, these dudes have been kicking around for a few years now. I've never bought any myself, but some of the bigger ones do look pretty cool. And indeed, some people do incorporate them into their TF collections. May memory may be playing tricks, but I seem to recall a few years back some fans putting them alongside Alternators.
I have a few of these and I really don't like them. I highly suggest avoiding the motorcycle ones. The cars aren't too bad, but I guess I'm spoiled by hasbro products.
I've got the big yellow Hummer, the small red Fort GT and the white Pajero (which I'm considering repainting as G1 Skids). They're pretty cool but still not as good as Transformers.
