thank you so much! it's the little things like this that I'm working on to give me practice for my first actual bash/custom! I've been a little nervous about taking about some of the more expensive Transformers so far but seeing videos give me a bit of relief.

now if my LED's would just come in the mail!

Encline you are the man!!! I just got the 100 LEDs from the contact in Hong Kong that you recommended and did my first ever work w/ a soldering iron. I was able to change out Prime's stupid green eyes for kick ass blue ones in less than 5 minutes w/ absolutely no problem. Seriously dude, you deserve all the credit on this one (and now I know I can do the same to Buster Prime w/o worrying about breaking a $100 figure).

    YOU DA MAN ENCLINE!!!! THANKS!!!!!

HAHA!!! Thanks bro. I am glad I could help. Believe it or not, it took my like 45 minutes to figure this out the first. Now I can change three in ten!!!!

Did you get the cold heat tool or use a regular soldering iron?

Regular soldering iron (15/30-watt). My girlfriend was nice enough to pick it up for me tonight while I was in class. I really love the way Prime looks now. Such an improvement w/ such little effort. Awesome. Now to see about those red chest LEDs. Any suggestions on how best to change them?
