Offbeat Bride | Anli & Laura's Lesbian Gamer Geek Wedding
I think the world needs more of these.
I know most of y'all on here stick to primarily video game and genre-themed sites, but if you ever want a real surprise, go google around for "nerd weddings" or "geek weddings" or "(insert-subject-here) weddings."
When two creative people get together to celebrate their marriage together, they sometimes come up with some really wild and imaginative stuff. When wifey and I were planning our wedding, we did a ton of online research and we saw a bunch of impressive cakes, gift boxes, etc.
We were, in fact, reaaaaaaally close to doing basic rectangular gift boxes with the design of the old NES game system printed on the outside.
Agreed. And the legal right for it to happen everywhere.
Very cool, cute, unique wedding motif! Good for them!
Eh; bride's maids are cute
How is this related to video games? Revolutionary Girl Utena is a Shojo anime.
I will agree that the world needs more geek weddings. These two certainly had some creative decorations and I liked the companion cube cake.
I would have expected a Klingon wedding complete with weapons and Grog
It's not legal for Gamers to Marry each other.
What about the Companion cubes and DS wedding ring case?
Good for them.
Thats awesome. And hot. At the same time.
Aw. Awesome. What pretty dresses they had as well.
I also agree with previous posts, same-sex marriages needs to be allowed everywhere.
D'awww. How sweet....
I can't believe it took me so long to comment on this.
Awwwwwwwwww, that's the sweetest thing ever!!!
It's so sweet it's giving me diabetes.lol
Sigh, I wish I were a lesbian...oops, freudian slip.
I though he was talking about lesbian weddings. We need more of both.
I will just say that I stand by what I said.
Loving the companion cube cake.
