Wikipedia (take it for what you will) has Lennox as a Major and Epps as Chief Master Sergeant. Galloway is the National Security Advisor.

Someone should just pop in the 1st movie and look at their uniforms throughout the movie. compare that with a little search of military ranks and their respective insignias and there you have it. this will give you a general idea of what their ranks are in ROTF
Yep, Epps is a master sargeant and Lennox is a major, during the first movie, they were First sargeant and captain respectively.
Yeah, it's a shame that 'Bee was busy being a guardian at the time. That would have really fit the tone of the film, and been funny.
Wouldn't be right. Lennox was just a Captain in movie 1. He's been promoted to Major in ROTF. Likewhys, Epps is an Air Force Tech Sergeant in movie 1 and has been promoted to Master Sergeant in ROTF (you can tell by the AF rank insignias on his shoulder).
