Can someone point out, as in circle or hightlight the legs everyone is seeing from the galvatrom scene in the new trailer. I'm not doubting that they actually are legs (yet), I'm just having trouble making them out

They are right in the background. I can't edit pictures however...you'll have to wait.

Top left, this image. Two uncompleted legs still requiring CGI with circular markers intended for where CGI should be. Galvatron also has two of these circular markers where his legs should be...

The issue I have is that those feet on those legs don't match the feet on his finished model.

keep in mind these are not facts bug guesses.

I myself don't know why those are "legs" and not possibly something else.

I also am not sure why its "unfinished CGI."

That's probably because they're bee's legs, or maybe a copy of them is the better word choice

Though that would be rather intriguing if Galvatron was just a big Frankenstein-like amalgamation of the corpses of the different Decepticons that were destroyed in DOTM.

Though now I'm intrigued by the numbered pieces of paper on that table. I see a '2' and a 4,' almost like markers you'd see at a crime scene.

Also, what if this is the remnants or rebuilding of a certain...Autobot?

He could also be some ancient Decipitcon (sp) that they found in some cold area of the earth.

It seems they fished out parts of Galvatron from the dig-site at the start and are in the process of updating him with the left-over pieces from Megatron, Sentinel and the other fallen robots of the DOTM battle. The legs appear to have the wheels of the truck that he transforms into - so maybe they are not completely built at this stage.

As I've been told by a few other forum members the circular black and yellow spots are used to mark where CGI is needed... so either its missing addition CGI that would make them look more like the legs in the trailer OR they are in the process of being built still and that will mean they might still have additions before the finished 'product'

You're still harping on this? You've already been corrected once.

That "circular marker for CGI" is the international symbol for quarantine. Which you would entirely expect to be on parts in a crazy lab where they make Transformers.

It has nothing to do with unfinished CGI, there's no unfinished CGI in that shot, there's just some stuff in the background and you can't really tell exactly what it is. It doesn't even look like legs, it looks like random lab equipment. There's no reason for them to use CGI for a stationary object either - it's cheaper to just make it. CGI gets used primarily for things that are moving, or things that are interacting directly with somebody that wouldn't be safe to use real stuff for.

Actually, it's not the radioactive sign. It is used to mark places where CGI is going to step in.

It's the international symbol for quarantine, i typed the wrong thing ;)  Edited my post to fix it.

There's nothing in that shot that looks like legs. Look at the floor - the object which people are identifying as a "foot" is clearly several feet in front of whatever that object marked quarantine is. They're not even connected. It's just random lab junk.

To me, they look like the legs of the Bumblebee prop from the first movie but painted white...[IMG]

Its both the international symbol for quarantine and a marker for where CGI is going to be added.

Seeing as the guy has his helmet off during that scene and that the markers are not on doors - but on random areas of the robot - I gathered that its more than likely the marker for CGI as shown in the image posted by Red Goblin.

If the legs are what I think they are, they look like ladders and a small connecting piece... like a lego mini figure.
