I was thinking about this and the concept really doesn't make anything different from regular Rock Band. everything is made of bricks and the people are lego people. Whoopy!

I'm waiting for Duplo Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga Version 2 - The Mega Block Tales.

Lego Rock band...? Oh, for fuck's sake. They really are milking this fad for everything it's worth, aren't they?

You mean the music game genre or the lego game genre?

Probably the Lego one... It has to make the least amount of sense. At least with Lego Star Wars, or Lego Indiana Jones it makes sense along the lines that there are actual legos out there.

I'd rather have a Lego Exo-Force game done with gameplay like GTA.

Jumping in and out of mechs and vehicles while you blast enemy robots, infiltrating their defenses and protecting your own.

It all takes place on a mountain island that's split down the middle, so 1 big map would work well.

    Oh well, I can dream...

Actually, I'm getting more tired of the continuous stream of off-shoot music games.

Me too. I never did get into Rock Band nor Guitar Hero. Both games IMO are overrated.

See, I love both games. Guitar Hero for the better on disc music selection, Rock Band for the more forgiving gameplay. They are a lot of fun, especially with multiple people. However, the value of the off-shots seriously pales in comparison to the standard editions, but all cost the same amount. Plus how many individual bands are really going to deserve their own band game.

I think it was a bit of sarcasm, as the music game has produced a bit of an overmilking.

I wouldn't doubt it as sarcasm. Just stating what my thought is. I do enjoy Guitar Hero and Rockband. Just not so much on the new ones where they are specifically...Aerosmith, or Metallica...
