Adrain Drake of Brickfrenzy has made an incredible Lego Blackout. It measures two feet long in helicopter mode and 16 inches tall in robot mode, as well as being fully transformable without any parts removal / swapping (In theory at least)

Check it out, it is pretty amazing stuff.

That's awesome, but I have to ask: Why didn't they make a Lego Brick Frenzy?

Ha, get it, "brickfrenzy" cause, their website is, and the character's name was...

    I'm sorry.

Most impressive of all is that it can transform without any parts removal, although certain steps of the process are said to be a little fragile making it complicated.

Doesn't this statement apply to the Voyager-class figure as well?

Whoever posted this newsbyte should know that the "good people" at Brickfrenzy is one man by the name of Adrian Drake. :)  He's an AMAZING builder, y'all should check out his other stuff. I've known him for a long time as part of the LEGO community we're both heavily involved in.

Oh, and if you can't view his stuff on his website (what a dork), here's his Flickr gallery:

I'm not a Techie, but it did that same thing for me, just hit the refresh button on the top and it should reload just fine, did for me. I think it's telling you that too many people are trying to view that page at the same time.

As for that burning hunk o' Lego love, whew!!

You know, a month or two ago I pointed out a custom-built lego movie Optimus Prime and asked why it wasn't front paged and was told that it wasn't "news". If that wasn't "news" then why is this "news"? If the decision is entirely random and arbitrary, then just say so and I'll stop asking such impertinent questions.
