Some of you might know that I repainted the holo truck driver in my Optimus Prime custom.

I would like to know if it makes my Optimus BETTER or WORSE. I thank you all in advance for your responses!

Please respond with a YAY or NAY!

How does a double amputee reach the pedals?

Also, Yea! (Yay is phonetically correct but not actually the right word)

    here's a hint...

change the color to something that resemble HUMANS instead of that simpsons yellow.

Needs to be less Simpson-y, and the hat doesn't really fit in. If you can, try to paint something that resembles the Strokes logo, I'm listening to them right now for the first time. Same thing I'll say for both this custom and the band, a bit of yay, a bit of nay

You guys must understand, the lego man is VERY small, and difficult to paint. I painted with a TOOTHPICK, not a paintbrush. The eyeballs were the smallest possible dots I could make with the tip of a toothpick.

I suppose I could have used a better color for his face... I just didnt have a skin-color paint.

I'm not feeling it. Mostly the color, but partly the creepy lack of details--although I know it woulda been hard to do much better with something so small.
I've always debated this--although mostly when I see it spelled "Yeah," even when it's clearly intended to be "Yea/yay." I figured "yay" was basically onomatopoeia for the less formal exclamatory use, while "yea" was the traditional spelling for more formal instances, like voting.

go to a hobby shop. they have many mini people for train sets. 1/2 the size of you'r simpson/lego mustache man. I have bushes with 1 hair. A toothpick is about mid-range size for me. Get smaller brushes and add details like it should be added. If you can't do it, then don't try, or it will look like you failed.

I wouldn't go THAT far. Failure is a harsh word. It's simply... questionable and cartoony choice of skintone.

Perhaps a better fleshtone would have been better, but it's still better than unpainted plastic.

Flesh tones and maybe leaving off the goofy face would be better IMO.

you need to get some skin coloured paint, and the use e.g a Gundam marker to draw his face with.

I love the black suit you gave him but I believe you should go with a more human skin colour. Leaning more towards a yay rather than a nay.
