Walmart got s case of like 20 Marcelines today. Need to finally get the Adventure Packs. I've been wanting to get the Supergirl PS4 version so I can play and get year two packs but it's just not worth $80 to me. $30 sounds good.

In case anyone interested, a full-size build of the A-Team Van exists in the game and makes a cameo appearance in level 4 of the Lego Batman Movie Story pack. The detailing looked like it was entirely brick-built without the use of stickers/decals.

It would be nice if we got a few Dimensions based sets, I would love a Wizard of Oz set so I can get real Minifigures of the main cast, aside from winged monkies and the wicked witch of course from The LEGO Batman film, and Face and the others with that A-Team van would be sweet. Toss in a Green Hill Zone with Tails and Eggman, a Chemical Plant with Metal Sonic and Shadow, an Angel Island zone with Knuckles and Rouge and a Casinopolis Zone with the Chaotics it'd be truly epic. I also still want Missy and all the other Doctors, Lydia Deetze and the Maitlands to go with BJ and perhaps a few sets to give us the other human cast of Gremlins, E.T, Knight Rider, The Goonies and Fantastic Beasts, it'd be sweet tie-ins and stuff.

I'm with you there. It's a genuine surprise that some of these themes such as Sonic and Adventure Time don't have proper LEGO sets- even a small wave of 5 sets like the Scooby-Doo sets would do just to get some more key characters.

Looks like we have our first year 3 figure. Rumor for now but the guys who leaked it have been right almost everytime.

Just2Good has said year three isn't coming over on Eurobricks... :(  We're supposed to still be getting Vortech at least though, so that's good at least.

He has been posting that for months, almost since he gave up on Dimensions due to the bugs on his system (Wii?)

There is no evidence to support that and quite a bit to refute it.

I would concur, the way things are going I highly doubt just2good is a reliable source for the future of LEGO Dimensions. Don't believe everything you read, at least not until official sources speak up about things.

He's been absurdly reliable in the past. I'm still going to be wary, of course, but it deserves to be mentioned.

Sure, but he's also the one who caused a minor panic when he said the LootCrate item would be Green Arrow and then it turned out to be a year 1 fun pack.

As others have pointed out, Lego is quite steadfast at doing 3 years and then evaluating, with everything in recent years that wasn't an absolute poor seller making it those three, even if they don't continue after that. Closeout stores getting year 1 items hardly counts as some sign of doom. Which is somewhat ironic, given that one of the main reasons Infinity failed was because Disney themselves had more then a million Hulk figures that they couldn't get anyone to buy, and almost half again as many Yondu's and some other figures filling up an entire warehouse that they couldn't move.

In total honesty, if it did end, well, that would be a major bummer, but I'd hardly be crushed by it, I just don't think it's going to suddenly and for no obvious reason completely fall apart at this point.

The figures showing up at dollar stores was apparently a one-off thing- they won a bid on a large number of pallets of Dimensions cases (I want to say it was about 400), which they then distributed to their stores. So once they're gone, they're gone. Presumably this was just to move some idle Year 1 stock. (Hopefully is was also a case of LEGO making enough money off the game already that it they could easily afford to let the rest fo the stock go cheap...)

Also worth noting that Just2Good's posts are phrased like speculation based on information that he's gotten about disappointing sales.

At least if the rumors if it ending are true then the rumors of a Vortech Fun Pack will also be true.

UGH, more Rumor mongering, and Just2Good must really be losing his shit over the issues he's been having with his version of the game if he thinks Year 3 was going to include some of magical get every vehicle or figure in the game peripheral, that makes NO SENSE, it defeats the purpose of having a toys to life game where you have to collect them all to get them.

I have no idea what to believe at this junction, however I am still keeping this in the take with a large grain of salt camp, because I certainly don't buy that a popular Youtuber like Just2Good would have more information than The Brick Show, although I'm not sure James Bond would be included either to be honest, it sounds too good to be true, though it would be awesome if that is still happening for year 3.

By the way, does anyone with any version of the game aside from PS3 have a game breaking glitch where it freeze on the load screen when you try to access the Cinema area in the Gremlins world? I can't get in on my PS3 version of the game, it keeps freezing on the damn load screen so I can't get the second to last gold brick that doesn't need Raven to pick up. Just wondering if this is a common issue with other versions of the game.

I can't stand how he rambles on and on and doesn't articulate very well, how hard is it to prepare a short script to stick to and not go off on too many tangents???

If it is over after we get the rest of Year Two all I have to say is... If they try and make a sequel or bring back the game in a different venue chances are PS3 and Xbox 360 won't be getting that. If they just pull out after only two years and don't attempt any kind of sequel that's still a bit unfortunate, but I suppose we'll have to accept it.

I would have liked to have seen more franchises, more elements and things of that sort, but we can't force them to keep going forward even if we did have more power as a consumer than some folks think. I seriously wish they'd consider continuing with Dimensions and the IPs they have currently in some kind of small set-based formula so we could get more of the characters in physical Minifigure form, I'm certain a few folks would pay good money for more builds if it meant getting more characters, even if they didn't have the IRF tags or in-game additional content, keep Dimensions alive in some fashion as a TTL inspired Theme from LEGO Proper.
