    It depends on the one you get. Apparently there are two per case, and one has a painted head, one doesn't. I don't know if there's been a running change.

    Yes. All the ones I've seen (trust me, I've seen alot of them) are black helmed. I think the plain plastic ones are the pre-release, but somebody needs to back me up on that as I'm not 100% sure.
