Something I've had done for quite awhile now (about two months), but just got the gumption to post it.
He's scratchbuilt, using pre-made parts from a minicon (shoulder joint), RotF Megatron (tracks), Legos (track hinges) and a LoC Starscream (elbows and hips/thighs). The rest is plasticard and putty. The head even has light piping, but isn't visible in these crap-tastic pictures.
I so need a new camera.
    Someday...
There's a few rough spots, but they'll be worked out shortly.
His transformation isn't complicated, but my excuse is that he's a Legends figure. The cannon barrel is a separate piece, but so was the G1 version's.
Articulation: Head, shoulder, elbow, right hand, waist, hips, knees and feet.
His height is equal to RotF Legends Fallen, so he stands well with the size class.
I wanted to give him an aged color-scheme, so I added some tanning to the purple,
    C&S welcome.

Thanks everyone! I was wanting to post this for awhile, but things happen.

Next on the agenda are a few fixes to the figure, then a pretty big accessory, based on the Spotlight: Shockwave laboratory scene. The throne and base are already mocked-up, but I just need a few more supplies to make it all come together.

The fact that it's a Legend class figure and that you worked out the head and everything that way just makes that a figure I would love to have. Great job!
