Which are the best and worst toys in the L.O.C. line? I am interested in buying some and need opinions. I don't have any as of yet. And yes we had a thread like this before but it's apparently been deleted. So lets hear your opinions!

I really enjoy the LOC line. The ones that I really do like is the Starscream mold and Megatron. Evac is a bit flimsy. Hot Shot and Optimus Prime, though pretty simple are decent figures. Jetfire, feels cheap to me but he's good. Unfortunately, that is all the figures that I have.

The hands down champion of the line is the Starscream mold. There are currently three of them out there. Starscream, Skywarp (Comic Con exclusive, can be had on ebay for $5-8), and Ramjet (Botcon exclusive, also can be had for under $10).

I was not especially impressed with Optimus Prime or Hot Shot.

Yeah, the Starscream mold is hard to beat. He rocks in both modes and his transformation never gets as tedious.

Just ask Soundwarp, he has about a 100 of em :lol

Yeah Starscream, or better still, Skywarp. I also like Scourge.
I am missing Jetfire myself :(

he only has ONE more than I do! :(  Starscream is the champion! I have the skywarp, starscream, ramjet, and a custom sunstorm and thundercracker as well as the clear starscream, I love them ALL! Megs is next, I have him, galvatron, and the clear megs, he has a nice transformation and decent articulation. I have a feeling that Soundwave is gonna kick ass too, but he's not out yet.

Starscream, starscream, starscream. Complex transformation, posable alt mode, AND he still has his force chip gimmick!

Probably the only one that actually makes a good substitute for the larger version.

As for crap, I'm disappointed with Scourge for his crap hands and Evac for his crap articulation. I don't have Hot Shot, but general consensus is he's the big stinker of the line. I'm waiting for the repaint so I can justify it with "At least I got the better paint scheme."

    But yeah, buy several Starscreams.

Speaking of Seekers made from Starscream, Redline.... I found some more Starscreams. You want me to make those two for you? Dirge and Thrust, right? PM me. You want them the way Soundwarp made them? Thrust all red and Dirge blue with yellow dyed wings?

I want them all. Can anyone tell me where I can find the little buggers? I can't find them at TRU or Target!

I think I'd rate Jetfire as #1, Starscream a close #2, and the rest as don't buy.

Where to get them: They're a "market 6" exclusive, which means NOT in the 5 major toy retailers: Walmart, Target, TRU, Kmart, KB. hasbrotoyshop.com has the first 4 I believe, if you've got a TFCC membership that's where I got a complete set of the first 8 (slightly below retail, reasonable shipping, and FAST!), I know they've also been found in Kohl's and might be in places like Walgreens, Shopko, Meijers. Online stores like BBTS have some too.

They aren't sold at TRU or Target. Check Kohl's or Meijer if you have either of those. There are a few other small chains that carry them too, but the big chain stores don't. Most people just buy them online from Hasbro Toy Shop, BBTS, etc, since they're about the same price as retail at those places anyway.

Having said that, they recently showed up in TRU computers alongside some other stuff that's coming out this summer, so it's looking pretty good that you'll be able to find them in the big chains later this year. Assuming you can wait that long, and can risk the possibility of missing the first two waves.

Im guessing it's pretty foolish to hope that they'll ever be so much as considered as being released in the U.K. Damn, some of them looked really good too.

I think Hot Shot is the worst, but only because of his lack of feet.

I like all the others I have, just missing a couple from the current waves.
