    Hi.

I couldn't find an older thread for him - if there happens to be one, I'd ask for this post to be moved there.

If not, well... there it is.

I'm not quite sure why, but the pics alongside another legends-class figure I got recently seemd to turn out better:

I picked him up at a store in downtown Toronto which happened to have some of the older legends-class figures on sale - my interest in the character was spiked by picking up the IDW Beast Wars Omnibus.

While I wouldn't have minded a different head (it might be a bit fiddly to, say, get LoC Soundwave and do a headswap...) he's still not a bad little figure, as these scale minis go.

Still, I kind of wish now that I had been this interested in the character when I could have still found a Robot Masters Lio Convoy on the import shelf...

(Actually, it occurred to me that if you had a larger Lio Convoy/Leo Prime figure, the mould in its original colour scheme could stand in as Lio Junior...)

I like the little legends lions. In some ways they are superior to the full-size versions, mostly as there was no need to design around any electronics or to become an arm.

    Hmm, hadn't considered that before.

One handy thing is that they were more flexible when working in articulation (such as it is) since both modes would use/need the elbow and knee joints to work anyway.

Of course, now I want to see a pic with a Lio Convoy and 'Lio Junior' posed together...

(As an aside, if I were to get a larger Lio, would the Robot Masters Lio Convoy be a choice you's recommended over the Target Universe 2.0 Leo Prime, or no?)

i like the Universe Leo Prime, he's fun, but if you really like the character, getting the RM or even the original release is the way to go... tons of fun there with that mold...

Does anyone have a comparison pic with RM Lio Convoy (or Legends Leobreaker, for that matter)?
