    is he supposed to be mini hotrod that came with star convoy?

    That's an interesting idea, but I don't think so. I think he's ultimately just a Legends-sized take on a classic character, like the upcoming RTS Legends Prime, Megatron, Starscream, Prowl and Trailbreaker/Trailcutter.

    still cant get my head around the name "trail cutter" lol and yeah your probably right would of been nice if he was though.

    Yes, I think he's just a way of releasing another Rodimus.

    Interesting note, he is also strongly based on the IDW version of Hot Rod from the pre-All Hail Megatron comics. So he works that way too.

    I'm not sure if Micromaster Hot Rodimus was actually meant to be tiny fiction-wise, or if he was just supposed to convey scale for how HUGE Star Convoy was supposed to be.
