Nothing major, I missed out on it's original release, so I picked up the Sandstorm fig and repainted him as Beachcomber. I got a lot of brushstroke showing on this one, that usually doesnt happen to me, I really need to get some airbrushing equipment and try that.

Camera flash kinda screwed me there, but the torso is white with chrome pipes. I also noticed after posting that there's blue on the wheels I'm gonna have to go back and scrape off.
    Thoughts, comments and suggestions appreciated.
    Thanks!

Wow, if I hadn't known better, I'd thought that was the Classics 2.0 release.

Thanks! Either the pics do him better justice than in person, or I'm too critical of my own work. As I mentioned, I can see brushstrokes on him, especially on the hood, that really bother me.
Can anyone tell me about thinning paint? What to use and does it work when using a brush?
    Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
    Thanks again!

I used Testors Acryl Gloss Blue Brilliant 0004 I bought at Michaels. The autobot symbol is the same as the original deco, I very carefully painted around it.
    Thanks!

The technique I use to keep certain symbols is the apply maskingtape (I use TESA), it a sort of semi-transparant.
Then use a scarpie to cut around the edges and the npaint like a maniac :D  I think it has better result for me, it keeps the paint even ;)

    Looks good man!!
