    Do I spy
a young Impa and the Wind Fish
    ?

That along with the conveniently shaped grass blades count as far as I'm concerned.
I know they've been there since the start, but I'd love a new "main item" focus. Like how even though the Ocarina was in Majora's Mask, the masks where the main focus.

Speaking of which, get going on my 3DS remake Nintendo.

You guys must be forgetting the UBER AWESOME HORSE CALL YOU COULD PLAY ONE NOT-SO MAGICAL TUNE ON!!!1!!111!!1!

Anyways, I saw that trailer on TV last night.
I love how it almost directly connects the game to Twilight Princess with the giant hylian logo in the desert. I guess we know what that area is called now.
Although for the next game I hope they go for a more futuristic setting. Not hover cars or even today's technology, but like in the new Avatar: The Legend of Korra series.

I've had an idea for that forever.

A Zelda that takes place in three time periods. The past (OoT Link, now older, gray beard/goatee, armor similar to what Fierce Deity Link wore; classic Zelda setting), the present (Spirit Tracks Link, classic look; steampunk setting), and the future (new Link, think if Adam Jensen from Deus Ex became Link at 13; cyberpunk setting).

The whole idea would be able making changes in the time line similar to flipping a switch in Dark World and having it make changes to Light World. If Old Link moves the path of a stream in the past, a river in Future Link's time now goes around the dungeon he needs to get into. Pull a Back to the Future 3 and hide an item in an area you now won't be developed on so a future version can go and retrieve it. Things like that.

Played the boss battle demo over the weekend. Needless to say my hype for this game has at least tripled now.

Sweet jebas, guys. This game is going to be ridiculous. The overworld being hard to navigate until you obtain more items? That's freakin' choice material, right there. I'm so excited about this game.

Man I can't wait for this game! Now if I could only find a pre-order for one with the Wiimote, cause I haven't played a Wii game since before the Wii Motion Plus was even anounced :p

Don't worry. I'm laying the groundwork, man. I already bought Uncharted 3, and paid off Skyrim..... so, if I had to ask for a birthday present, guess what it would be? :D

That controller is freakin' awesome too.

Thanks, that's actually a great deal. I am going to try to get the gold controller, though. I owe it to Link.

So wait, this game can only be played with a Wiimote plus, or can I use a regular wiimote?

Wiimote plus. It has 1:1 swinging so it's required.

It was at an event. There were 3 demos on offer - dungeon, boss battle and bird flying.

I have been looking for a Canadian online pre-order for the Wiimote bundle pack for ages, that wasn't from Futureshop, Bestbuy or Gamestop. I don't know why I never thought of Toys'R'Us. They even take Paypal, which most BIG retailers don't! I had to pay now using paypal, but... whatever :p  less money to spend when the game actually comes out!

Now to steal my Wii back from my Mom. I also need to take back Professor Layton and the Unwound Future from her, so I can play the new one.

What's that mean? Sorry, terribly out of the loop, I barely know what the wiimote add-on is.

Basically it allows the remote to be much more accurate when it comes to reading movement.

Yes. Yes you do. And I WILL make you if need be.

As for Zelda, has nayone who has played the demos doen it with the motion plus? The one I used had just teh standard wiimote and while the kind (and cute) rep went on and on about how much better it would be using the motionplus its kinda hard to just trust their word on such things.
Without the motion plus I found some of the swordplay a little choppy, it wouldn't always pick up quite what I was going for - thrust when i was trying to swing for example)

Aw man... the motionplus makes it SO much more responsive. Take her word for it.
