I'm thinking about getting the legend Devastator and waiting for supreme Devastator to go on sale, but should I open and transform legend Devastator or keep it in packages because it was expensive?

 

I am of the opinion that it's a toy, and you should always play with your toys  .

That's a hard question cause the real hardcore collectionist preffer to keep the toy in it's original package cause the value increases a lot; but i rather preffer to do the transformation once and then let the toy in it's package; in the case of deluxe class transformers this is difficult cause we need to tear appart the box in order to do that

Why buy a toy, especially a transformer, ESPECIALLY A COMBINER, if you're just gonna let them sit on their card, unopened, untransformed, uncombined?

 

Legends Devastator will TANK in value once Hasbro releases it. Put your money in the bank until they do, or until the giant brick is clearanced.

And the Hasbro combiner is super cheap by comparison?

 

Because I have the rare Takara G1 Soundwave ( the one in the white and pink box with the number 10 on it all in Japanese) and I never opened it.

 

If you have no intentions of selling the darn thing, there's no reason to leave it in the box.
