Heard about this the other day on the radio. I hope...I know they'll turn this into a live cd. I can't wait to hear it.

All surviving members (as in John Paul Jones too) or only Page and Plant?

I'm sorry. I just can't ever get excited about rock bands reuniting in their 50's and 60's. It'll just be a pale imitation of former glory. Besides, Led Zeppelin has reunited for one-off shows numerous times over the years. Nothing to see here.

    My $.02...

Saw Page/Plant in '95 and it was perfect. Perfect, perfect, perfect. Sound, setlist, everything. It was Zeppelin in every way but name only. One of my personal favorite concerts of my life (been to 100+).

Now, having said that, Plant's voice is SHOT these days. Picked up his last solo album and it's like he's been spending every waking moment of the last ten years smoking... no, not smoking, EATING... cigarettes. It's just a raspy mess. Sure, I'd go see them if they came around... but I don't have my hopes up to much.

When the Police reunion was first announced, I was stoked... then I read an interview with Stewart Copeland where he said something to the effect of, "yeah, when Sting called and wanted to do it, it dawned on me that I didn't know where my drums were"... I read that and went, "uh oh". I'm kinda getting the same feeling about the Zep news.

Interested to see if old rickety Page is even sloppier than young drunk/high Page

    LOL I BLASPHEMED

Really, I like the Zepp as much as the next guy, lots of cool songs. Not a huge enough fan to totally care about this though.

Just the one show? Lame. If they were to do a full-blown world tour, that would be awesome. However, I wouldn't dare pay, what I can only imagine will be, hundreds of dollars for the worst seats in the house.

i just hope p diddy comes in to rap during Kashmir......................

    pause for effect.......

yeah page seemed kinda old and rickety the last times i saw him on tv, and he looks young and wasted on the concert dvd's.

so i think the best solution is to employ a rickety old wasted page to reach some kind of guitar zen.

if they get together and it sounds like crap, i dont think zep would risk their status by doing one final horrible show.

ive never heard bonzo jr. drum, is he any good?

better than say........... dave grohl, who would have been my first choice for this reunion. The dude idolizes bonzo (sr.), so i bet he knows every song by heart. And hes like drummer jesus

Am I the only one here who doesn't like Zepplin? They always seemed overrated to me. Their music's just not that great, to me.

Especially in Kashmir. At least in the concert DVD set that I have, as far as I know there's only one.

I love Zep. Not as much as a few other select bands, but they're in my top 10. I would like to see this happen.

i like led zeppelin as much as the next guy, but not really into old guys reliving their glory. i just remember watching a video (this was before dvds were popular in the 90s) of ozzy hobbling around on stage like hes gonna throw his back anytime and thought, man, pls die already.

only old guy who still looks cool rocking out is neil young.
