Video says it all...
Hahaha, idiocy has risen up a notch or two... I liked the last part best; about the guy being a sex offender. LOL
There's only one cure for litigious bullies. Counter-sue, counter-sue, counter-sue.
thats why I dont leave any feedback at all
I cant see the video, what happened?
Basically, a collector bought some coins off eBay and while the price and quality was good, they weren't packed very well, and he left a simple neutral. Instead of replying with a negative for the buyer, he filed a lawsuit for $10,000.
this is stupid. what the hell
I don't think sellers can leave negative feedback anymore, based on their new rules.
Holy shit... I was so let down by the story until the wanted poster appeared. hahahahahahahahahaha Oh, man.
Did the lawsuit actually pass? Does the buyer have to pay all that money?
I hope ebay bans sellers like that! This is very bad for the service's image.
God bless America!
After the sex offender part I lost it. I was fully expecting him to be accused of being a terrorist next.
The newscaster makes it all for me. That look of intensity, and his explosive sign-off. "JESSE JONES!"
That doesn't start until "sometime" in May, according to eBay. Negatives will become collectible once the policy takes effect, so stock up now.
What do you think they will go for on eBay?
I liked his look of disgust when he outed the guy as a sex offender.
The icing on the cake was he being a sex offender....
I can't see the video, who was the sex offender? The buyer or the seller?
Separate names with a comma.
