I would say the general consumer (who is ignorant of the very existence of botcon) far outweighs the collector segment (as we all know) so that shouldn't dissuade them.
Whatever. So is it now confirmed that pics were shown at Botcon but nobody took pics of Starscream? This thread is seriously confusing me. Also for the sake of rumours and the frank dis-proportionate size of the new Starscream when compared to Ironhide and Ratchet....I will avoid buying the new ROTF voyager Starscream and cross my fingers for this damn Leader Class Starscream.

And since Hasbro couldn't confirm the existence of a leader class Starscream i'm just going to take each of these outrageous claims with a grain of salt. Don't be fooled people. I'll believe it when i see pics....
I'm in the same boat...as nice as the Voyager is, and it is lightyears better than the last one we got...a Voyager SS standing next to Leader Prime just feels wrong. Bring on the Leader, damnit!
I really hope a leader SS is coming , I agree with alot of you that the voyager SS is great but a leader SS would be kick ass!

LOL Yeah people at botcon are lying about leader starscream... It was resin protoype stage photos. It was hyper accurate for a movie toy (like leader prime) and it was AWESOME. No pics were allowed so please stop with the "useless" signs. Wait for it if you want, but don't understimate the fun that is the voyager mold.
No no no. Ground vehicles say "I am Optimus Prime/Megatron/Stumpy Joe/John Jacob Jingleheimerschmidt. Jets say "Starscream's the name" (In a Scottish accent).
I'd have to agree with that. If Soundwave is as big as they are proclaiming he is...than he should get a leader fig, but then again. What I can see with him, is he is gonna have a lot of thin spots that will make him look a lil kibble like in alt mode. Blackout would be a good leader fig too. After all, everyone has been looking for that since movie 1.
