I got this guy today and he was very easy to transform. And I'm a kid! I think it's because i've had Masterpeice Prime since he came out so, what do you think, is it easy or hard to transform?

He's probably easy when you read the instructions, but I didn't. And MP Prime is nowhere near as complex.

The only problem I have with it is untabbing the red pieces on his torso. My first ever RotF Leader Prime had one of those tiny tabs snap off within hours of my opening it, and its replacement had the same tab crack and almost break off.
This is why my Black Prime and Buster Optimus Prime have only ever been transformed once.

Yep. I've watched enough Peaugh to know. Also compared it to the back.

He's pretty complex, but his TF makes sense, so it ends up not being too bad. He's certainly no RID Ultra Magnus or car bros.

Vehicle mode has lots of little tabs and things that need to be all locked in correctly, like the hood. It's kind of a pain.

He's not hard, but I found it tough keeping the arms and legs in place when transforming him into truck mode the first few times. Same with Jetfire, easy transformation, but all the panels in jet mode suck.

Same here. He's easy, but very fidly. You have to position everything exactly right or transforming to vehicle mode won't work. Sometimes it goes flawlessly for me, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see how in the hell they figured this fig was easy for 5 yo kids.

Going to robot mode is a breeze everytime though.

I didn't touch the instructions, and it was pretty easy except for putting his chest pieces and arms together. They just wouldn't stay.

Although I like the toy he's a pain to transform...

but if the swords were engineered differently it wouldn't be such a hassle

I think he is easy to transform after the first time. Easy, but I still find it a pain in the ass.

Takes me at least 15 minutes to go bot to truck. Only a couple minutes to go truck to robot.

    Defintely not easy.

Maybe if they made it clearer in the instructions what you have to do with the chest pieces.

And I feel like they're gonna snap after too many transformations =(

Really? It only takes about 4-5 min. for bot to truck and 3-4 min. for truck to bot for me.

Probably because I fiddled with Prime a lot during the summer. :lol
