So, behold my just received Leader Class ROTF Megatron arms which I will be painting and attaching to my already painted (by me) Leader Megatron custom - PICS SOON, stay tuned!

I commissioned Mechafacture who took my stock, inaccurate, and very boring Megatron arms and he skillfully modified them to be movie accurate and way more FUN!

He added ratchet joints at the elbows to both arms, two removable ball-jointed hands - one of which is interchangeable with the cannon which also has a ratchet joint, and he beefed up the skinny arm which now looks SO MUCH BETTER!!

A VERY BIG THANK YOU MECHAFACTURE!!!

    * Quick note: Mechafacture did not know this would be posted on the boards so I hope it's OK!

I am BEYOND Happy with his mod work!

UPDATE: So after I primed and painted the arms Mechafacture modified for me, here is my custom Megatron.
UPDATE 2: Video Review available here:
(first video ever so it's short and a bit rookie-ish)

My man, you would have to contact Mechafacture and talk about that with him but I can tell you this...My Megatron is 500% better now and I can't wait to get him painted up and finally finished and displayed on my personal customs shelf!

They are not finished yet, I still have to do some detail work and some highlighting here and there and that'll be it. Thanks man but it wouldn't have happened without MCFT!

I hear you Alloy! BUT, then again, you can try modding it yourself as others have done - sometimes it works out but other times it doesn't as I have read in previous threads OR you can send your out to be professional done. It really gives Megs a solid booster for sure!

Ah! So you commissioned him for the mods and painted it yourself? Very nice.

I did Solrac, the mod-work is perfectly executed and just adds tons to Megatron's accuracy and fun-factor (not that I actually sit down and play with my transformers) and then I painted the whole figure more along a darker color tone.

I saw your video on Procustomizers about your Megatron custom (looks very cool by the way) and noticed you modified your own arms. Just curious, how much of a pain in the a$$ was that or was it?
