Hey dudes what up, Jimmy here, yeah last few days been overdosing on TF film toys, starting with my Buster Prime arriving then seeing Sentinel Prime, and then seeing all of the Toy Fair images and then freaking out over Leader Ironhide. Even though this owns why havent we gotten a Leader Blackout who I have wanted ever since Leader Brawl came out for the first movie. Look at the track record of every Leader class for all 3 films thus far....

1) Film 1 Prime
2) Film 1 Megs
3) Film 1 Brawl
4) Film 2 Prime
5) Film 2 Megs
6) Film 2 JetFire
7) Film 2 Starscream
8) Film 3 Bumblebee
9) Film 3 Sentinel Prime
10) Film 3 Ironhide......

I think thats all of them, 10 Leader and still no Blackout???!!!!!

If they were ever going to do a leader class Blackout/Grindor it would have been done by now!

Seriously, I dont get all the hype around a Leader Class blackout. The voyager is perfectly fine in my eyes.

 

Sorry Jim, but you can give kids and the fans a polished turd and call it Blackout and they would be happier than getting a Leader Blackout(see above). Its a lost cause if there was one...

give us scout class jazz and bumblebee get your self a voyager optimusprime and then they will be in scale that is it

 

What is with this obsession with Leader Blackout? No calls for improved Voyager Blackout, no calls for Leaders of fellow giant Scavenger/Demolisher (and Long Haul?), or anything like that; just Leader Blackout.
and we all know should Hasbro ever announce they'll make him, the typical fan response will be "I'll wait for clearance"


I wonder why they went with Brawl for a Leader back in Movie 1, and not, say, Barricade. Barry's got obvious lights and sounds, a lot of screen time, a solid fan base, and would make a shnazzy rival for the larger Bumblebee toy.

The because Brawl was by far the Decepticon that put up the strongest fight of the Decepticons. For the most part, he was the big centerpiece of the final battle of that film. As such, Hasbro predicted there'd be bigger demand for him as a leader instead of Bonecrusher or Blackout.

see it makes more sense that we get a scout jazz and bumblebee then leader black out And bigger dosnt meen better

Meanwhile the rest of us can get on with focusing on what is actually available to buy.

I'm still optimistic on the whole leader Blackout thing. It would be a thing full of awesome and win.

 

I know how you feel OP. I mean, come one, what was the point doing Leader Bumblebee and Ironhide? I know we can't keep a perfect scale while collecting TF but it's still logic to get the bigger characters in the bigger (regular) size class, especially when there's already so much Bee and IH figures.

DOTM Meg, Shockwave and Optimus needs Leader class figures, same goes for Blackout/Grindor, Bonecrusher, The Fallen, some Constructicons... Everyone knew from the beginning we wouldn't get all of them but the fact they are ruining Leader slots with figures that does not need this size class is really really annoying.
