So I just got a leader Ironhide and on its first transformation the bumper piece attached to a ball joint keeps snapping out with little to no force.

I wonder if anyone has a similar trouble and has any idea on how to fix it?

It's just a QC issue that's with all the Ironhides out there. It's also due to the fact that so they could get the proper movement out of the bumper needed for transformation it's more like a half socket and doesn't hold the ball joint as tightly as it could.

Pretty much EVERY toy I buy, has a loose joint somewhere. If you carefully read on the package, you'll find that some parts are meant to fall off incase too much force is applied. Same thing with my voyager Ironhide; one of the two front tires pops off every time I turn it in to form the chest.

I prefer it when the loose joints are ratchet joints. They're a lot easier to tighten up than ball joints. But the worst joints to have loose are definately pin joints. There's really no way to fix them unfortunately.
