What do you guys think the chances are of Hasbro making a leader class Starscream for Transformers 2?

That would be cool but I would rather see Grimlock

I have my doubts about the Dinobots being in the movie. They were a cool concept in the cartoon but this a movie and besides they don't fit into the whole "robots in disguise" thing. It'd be cool if they made an appearance though. I'd love to see Snag arguing with Grimlock or Swoop battling Starscream.

Dynobots man, dynobots. They don't have to be dinosaurs to be included. Though irregardless I don't see them making it. If anything we may have Grimlock in some way, shape, or form.

Anyways, I'd expect Screamer to get the leader treatment, as at the time it would seem he's going to play a larger role.

They damn well better! The Voyager toy from the first film did him no justice, with his barrel hands and hokey jet mode.

Man I hope so. The gun hands while neat at first get old rather quick. It would have been nice if the guns atleast resembled thier onscreen counterparts.

It doesn't really matter to me,I didn't buy many of the movie toys,I bought like 6 figures from the line and none of them were leader scale.

The first movie actually revived my collection of Transformers toys. Before its release, my collection comprised of a few random G1 toys but now I have all the movie characters as well as all the Starscream figures I could get my hands on. My favorite so far would have to be Hasbro’s version of Masterpiece Starscream and my favorite movie toy is currently the G1 Redeco Starscream. However, that might change when I get Deep Space Starscream on Monday.

Very high, considering he's giant and one of the only surving Decepticons with Barricade and Scorps. Not to mention it's Starscream, a popular name and presented fairly well in the first movie.

Monkeyscream rules. A leader would be pretty neat, with the proper backpack jets and whatnot.

The only sad thing is that he'd have a big block chest holding electronics, keeping him from being all that sleek.

hells yeah to the jets on the back. Maybe they can make the electronics pack slim like Brawl's and hide it inside his chest.

Or they can be super special awesome and not bother stuffing electronics into a figure at the risk of hindering it in some way...

    Hey, I can dream can't I?

    dino

Dino Bot scenario: they discover them after missing them after they dug up Megatron.

But really hopefully they will make new toys for the movies, not just recycle all the old ones with slightly different paint jobs.

I don’t think the people at Hasbro are stupid enough to reuse the original moulds for the sequel. But then again it’s not like they can make drastic changes to any of the characters unless they all acquire new vehicle modes, which is unlikely. To be honest I’d be happy if they only made slight changes (hopefully the changes will be improvements) to the current moulds. All I really want is a leader class Starscream.

    Leader class Grimlock=No way.

Leader class Starscream=Yes way. He's big, his first toy sucked (apparently), and he's the highest-ranked Decepticon left alive after The Really Big Fight At The End of the first movie.
