Well, not secifically you and me. I mean that there was a poll thread about this exact topic only with Blackout, who is basically the same character. In short, the answer would be a yes, but it's very unlikely we'll see one any time soon.
I love how one Blackout/Grindor poll/thread pops up, and now we have like 50! Yes..I think everyone here would buy a leader class blackout/grindor...because we (as a fandom collectively) have been talking about Blackout needing the leader class treatment since the first movie.
There should just be a sticky poll for this. I mean, how many leader blackout/grindor threads have there been since 07?
Seems we get one of these at least once a week, if not twice or three times. My answer would still be yes though.... I would want a leader Blackout/Grindor even though it likely won't happen unless they did it for the 3rd movie, which is somewhat doubtful.
God, here we go again... Voted 'maybe', I'd buy a Leader Grindor if it was a well-done toy, but it doesn't matter to me one way or the other whether Hasbro makes one or not.
Blackout / Grindor has needed a bigger (or at the very least, significantly better) mould since the first film. I know he's not as major a character as Megatron or Starscream, but the awesomness of his scenes warrant something fantastic. Don't get me wrong - I like the voyager mould (automorph screw-up aside), but damn... that '07 opening scene just screams "turn me in to a f****** huge toy".
No, he would only sell to collectors and the 1% of children who's parents will buy them anything they want. hasbro would loose money and transformers would cease to exist (melodrama aside, they would still loose money on that mold, too insignificant of a character for that)
