should there be a leader class blackout/Ratchet because if they have made a leader ironhide then what's stopping them from making ratchet. Any way we need a blackout for size reasons.

Yeah, of course it would be nice, but my guess is that ship has sailed a long time ago. Never gonna happen IMO.

 

I don't think Hasbro would make a Leader Class Ratchet, since there are still a ton of Leader Class Ironhide and Bumblebees everywhere.

It's NEVER going to happen officially, which is unfortunate but that doesn't mean the available figures of the two characters are bad, they're excellent -if you ask me-

 

I think everyone (stores and Hasbro) has lost enough money on the poor toyline from the third transformers movie.

agread there they have lost out on this toy line the thing is people like awsome looking toys its why rotf sold so solidly but they steped back from that cause a few people found it to hard

Ratchet and Blackout won't ever get Leader Class toys. Ratchet is a second stringer - he might have survived all three movies, but he's a background character in the second and third, getting half a dozen lines in each film and maybe showing up in a couple of other scenes.

Blackout missed his chance with the first movie where he was a major league character. He lost out to Brawl, who I believe was decided would work better because of the major battle sequence with the rest of the Autobots. He died in 2007, Grindor took up his model in RotF to be a generic Decepticon for Prime to kill, and his design was never seen in DotM. Given that had Blackout got the Leader in 2007 Brawl almost certainly wouldn't have, I'm more than happy with the way things went.


If we see any more Movie series leaders at this time, it's going to be Megatron I think. Or a redeco Bumblebee.

 

Hasbro is most definitely not stressed or even concerned about our issues with scale... and they shouldn't be.

 

Leader cons don't usually sell well so no.

But I would like a brand new voyage one though.
