I just got Animated Leader Bulkhead today because of the TRU sale and when transforming him back into alt mode, I can't seem to push his chest piece down enough so that the siren/turret cover would fit right over his head locking onto the slot beneath his chin.

I've tried pushing around the wires for the electronics under his chest to allow clearance so I can push his chest down further but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys  

 

you gotta wrap both parts around his head as low as you can, then attach it, then push down.

 

 

I have the same problem, I get it close enough, but not all the way as how i think it should. I am also curious if there is a solution to this.
