I think you've got some good starts with the Laserbeak and the Devy head. They both do need a level of refinement, though. With the Devy head, I think I'd recommend going with a closed mouth for a more stoic look versus the open mouth. Anyways, just a little advise here Keep up your work and keep us posted for sure
I dunno, most people seem to go for the stoic look, and fair enough, it works. But I do like the idea of the "boundless rage" face; it's a different approach, but one that'd really work for Devs. Unfortunately at the moment, he looks a bit too Robot Heroes to put the willies up anyone, but there's definitely potential. You do, however, lose points for spelling "laser" with a Z. I try to be lenient with spelling errors, but that's one that always bugs me.
Thanks for your input. yes it does have potentail and I will be making him have a much more boundlees rage look. I have only been using putty for making parts for 3 months and always look for surport from you guys in making my parts better. I have just moved home so will leave it for the next 2 weeks but hope to upload some more images when done. many thanks Dawgstar
i think a pefrect example of boundless rage is take a look at some of the open mouth pics (that sounds really dirty) of devastator in the IDW all hail megatron comics. and use those for insperation. it always helps me to have an image to follow when i do my customs so i know what i am working toward. and i cant wait for a set of those cast primus hands
For some reason the dev head makes me think he's in a Peanuts cartoon and Lucy just pulled the football away from him
