That "bumper guard" has been sitting, waiting, for the right time to be installed. It has "cost" me some time off of work due to illness to get motivated to get it on. It took three people to install it (my parents holding it, with me under it bolting it on) to get it right. I plan on adding lights to it, and lifting my truck despite it being two wheel drive. :)

Here are a couple more images:

Pretty cool! Although the Predator could easily jump over that and kill you! Beware!
You must REALLY like that truck...trucks are essential in arizona. (i live there too)

Yeah, my Mom carried that "turd" all the way from Lake Powell in the northern part of the state (or Arizona), all the way back to Tucson, AZ in the back of my truck along with a couple of other "turds." The damn things dented my bed...

Now, I have Line-X bedliner in the back. :)

Back in Page, AZ, where I was born near Navajo reservation land the Navajos would call that bumper guard on my truck a "cow catcher" as they'd put similar guards on their trucks only to end up hitting a cow someone else let get loose. You'd see MANY Navajo trucks in town with "battlescars" on them showing where they hit a cow.

Is there some sort of taboo against a lifted 2WD truck? Out of curiousity, what did the grille originally look like?

Cool. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the look of pick-up trucks. All I know is that they're big things with beds. ^^; Except for the Ram and Titan. You could pick those out if all badges were stripped off. ...I'm really showing how ignorant I am, am I?

No, only for items that have been sitting somewhere around my house for at least a year and haven't been installed due to some health related reason, that's all.

Oh, and I HAVE taken photographs of gas pumps after I've filled up. I had to do that at some remotely operated gas stations when I didn't get a receipt.

Oh, for the bumper guard, right around $350, then on top of that another $250 to have Line-X Xtra applied to it so it won't fade.

    RENT?

And Mr. Tundra man, I am glad to see that you do not have the turd stickers on the back end like most of those trucks have.
Well, you know, the ones that say TRD...
But the grill is much better than the original, and the bumper guard looks hip too.

Even though I lol'd, cut the guy some slack. We all post pointless bullshit about what we did last night or what new gizmo we've got, this isn't any different.

Uh... too late. I have a subtle little TRD window graphic on my rear window, and a TRD brake light cover.

    :)

I want to add my own custom Autobot graphic on my side windows, and put a TRD emblem on my grille.

I put a new brakelight in my '87 Bronco II yesterday. It was burnt out. I could have went with the super aftermarket expensive bulb, but I decided to stay with the $0.89 stock model.

I also splurged and got a new air freshener. Mmmmm, piney goodness!

Heh... my truck NEEDS regular air freshening. I use Automotive Febreeze as it takes out odors and adds a new car smell.
