Hey,

Here is my latest Alt custom. Im pretty happy with him, but the character he represents is a stretch of the imagination. He is a minor G1 character, was in the cartoon occasionally, and was not originally a car. But the head and colours do resemble him quite well in my opinion

Comments? Guesses on true identity?

I was thinking the same thing, but with it being said he wasn't a car originally, I bet Seaspray is right.

I think he reminds me of Wide Load, he isn't a car, but a dump truck. Or maybe it is Seaspray. Anyways its a cool custom to say the least.

 

Seaspray. Wouldn't have thought of it if someone else didn't say it first but I love the head you have on him. I would have guessed punch like the rest but he wasn't a car. Good job either way!

Yeah Seaspray is the answer. Not real familiar with Punch ill admit. might look him up I think. The only thing im thinking of adding is some form of rockets to the shoulders to resemble him more

I think they were perpellers on the G1 toy. But rockets would work.

 

Yeah they were propellers but looked rocket-like. If the rockets had fins on them they may come up similar

That looks SWEET dude! The choice of the character is certainly original (how'd he get the name "Seaspray" being a car though?*  ), and your work is sharp!

Actually I was thinking something along the lines of the cosmic rust degredation was accelerated by Seasprays exposure to the ocean water and his transfer into a binaltech body was urgent and this was the only available frame. Subsequently he is now landlocked, and majorly depressed without his aquatic adventures, and often seen cruising scenic outposts overlooking the coast.
How does that go for a backstory starting point?

I like the back story! After all he has been cruising the salt water oceans since the 1980's..lol  

 

Well I think putting rocket-like things on that spoiler would kinda make it look like the old G1 toy. anyways its a sweet custom.
