I finished this custom a few weeks ago. It is an Onslaught repaint with a set of Alternator hands and a Gen 1 Roadbuster head and a custom gun from a Gundam model

The paint apps are so clean. Great use of those alt hands and G1 head on this as well. This is one of my favorite molds.

This is what Hasbro should have done with this mold from the beginning!

The paint looks fantastic, and the original G1 head fits surprisingly well. A perfect update!

The green is Testors model masters Green Zinc Chromate as a base color the it was drybrushed with a mixture of Green Zinc Chromate and yellow then a light drybrush of yellow.

The orange is Testors model masters Hugger orange then a drybrush of yellow

The brown is Krylon fusion Satin Espresso then drybrushed with Testors Rust.

It is 99% enamel then acrylics for the fine detail .

    Hope that helps

As I said in your Whirl thread, it's incredible how well the G1 parts work on almost current figures, and the paintjob is superb. :D
