Is online at CBR. European G1 characters ahoy!
Looks hot. I’m gonna need a guide to know the names of these guys besides Fort Max. I’m not familiar with the European toys
I'd love to see most of these guys get the "Classics" toy treatment from Has/Tak.
This is Overlord's house!
Poor Fort Max....
Overlord's mouth looked a little odd in a couple of shots, but other than that, I can't really fault this. So nice to see Overlord and the Predators getting some love too! Awesome work, Nick!
So what’s so good about Overload? Seems people are excited to see him. I’m more excited to see more of Springer and Kup.
More Euro-G1 please.
damn Overlord is one sick son of a b***h
Overlord's a semi-obscure character who only showed up in the Japanese/European markets.
He's also come across as awesome and FAR more dangerous than Megatron in only 5 pages.
With Megatron, you know what you're getting. Overlord just seems plain loony. And he's loony with a gun: The worst kind of loony.
Interesting. I sure hope they put Fort Max back together. I'd really like to see more of him.
Why have fortmax go down in 1 frame? I'd figure they'd make more use of him (unless he's coming back in a sort of "it took 2 years to find all my pieces but now I'm back and ready for revenge" kinda thing). I'm going to spend a lot of time on the wiki figuring out who all these guys are, which is cooler than arguing over whether bumblebee is portrayed right or whether they made prowl just the right kind of prick. Love the art.
Holy shit that was fantastic. Roche is doing it again!
That just sounds like a typical nut job villain.
but other that that I can't wait for Wednesday.
Yay! Another comic paperback to look forward to!
Lookin damn fine there, Overlord.
I understand that they're trying to build up the big villain for this series, but I have to say... reducing Fort Max to a one-punch chump is a bit weak.
I mean, I know this Fort Max is more in line with Marvel's old Fort Max than the gigantic cartoon version... but he was supposed to be at least a major hitter in the Autobot top 5. It would have been nice to devote more than one panel to his defeat by Overlord.
Where in the timeline does this take place? During AHM? Before? After? During the ongoing?
These first 5 pages are just a flashback. I reckon this is taking place when the Autobot outposts are all droppin left and right because of Sunstreakers betrayal so this is in the AHM era.
Notice it says "3 years ago" at the top
