I JUST discovered this show! IT IS AWESOME!!! Why didn't y'all tell me about this sooner? I was a huge fan of Home Improvement...and this is the same thing, only modern era, and all the boys became girls...and youngest is more opposite gender(mark was almost sissy, and the youngest girl is more tomboy).

Okay, this is not the same thing as Home Improvement. The writing is nowhere near as good.

Home Improvement was a masterpiece, and quiet possibly the BEST Sit-Com TV Show of the 1990s.
Home Improvement was written during a totally different era:
barely internet, no youtube, people still talked to their neighbors, etc...
Tim Allen's character is EXACTLY the same as Tim Allen, just in modern times.
So far, I am completely loving it, and I'm only on episode 6 or something.
Tim is now a Outdoor/hunting man, not a tool man.
He's doing a blog, not a cable TV show.
It's really great to see Tim Allen back on the tube again. I did some background research, and he has only been doing movies since HI, and a few stand-ups.
Wikipedia said he was on Drew Carey, but I have seen EVERY episode of Drew Carey, and remember nothing about him on it.
I've not yet watched 1/4 of the episodes of LMS, but so far, I'm very pleased. It's just so great to see one of my favorite characters again.

Best sitcom? Seinfeld. Better writing. I had high hopes for Last Man Standing, but it doesn't have the charm Home Improvement had, which is a real shame.

I like the show for what it is.

Did you gusy know that that the eldest daughter in teh show (the one with the kid) is played by the same actress who voices Sierra in Transformers: Prime.
