He got a new part for his gun. I´m a gun fan myself, but here we can´t carry anything bigger than 6.35mm. Gun laws here suck.

I'd like to feel sympathy for your plight in Portugal, but I'm British. Even a .25 is better than our "in case of attack, shout really loud for help" approach. :(

Oh, and if you've put a green laser sight on a Taurus, was it more expensive than the gun?

:D  When I was a kid, my dad had a car stereo worth more than the car it was in.

Sweet accessory. I have one, too - unfortunately, the weapon to which it's mounted is an airsoft piece. :(

Sorry, not a fan of Taurus guns. If I had to chose between that Taurus and a Sigma, I'd go with the sigma. :lolol

Now that I've done the obligatory Taurus razzle (at least you didn't put it on a stupid Glock), I think you picked a reall good laser. The green lasers are not only easier to see at night, but they have something like twice the range compared to red laser sights. So, that's an awesome buy right there. How much do they run, anyway?

    I think I might get one. I don't have a laser.

I like the Taurus 24/7 Pro because of the rubber molded hand grip, Hammerless design, and the 3 mode Trigger(Automatic). Plus Unlimited Lifetime Warrenty with over night shipping there and back. The Laser Sight was $230.00. Its by Viridian.

I was just messin' with ya on the Taurus. :)  I have nothing against Taurus. I've got a Springfield XD which is also hammerless. Not sure if I like Hammerless (striker-fired) more than hammer though. I like them both equally I guess. That's not a bad price for a green laser sight. I hope you'll update on how you liked it at the range. I'd certainly like to know.

I feel it would be sacriligious to apply a laser sight to my Browning HP. I'd rather spend additional time at the range and do it old-fashioned style. Oh, yeah!

    Intimidating...that is adorable.

    Here's mine:

Hush, you. Above is a Taurus model 608. 8-round revolver. They make fine large-frame revolvers. $525.00 new for that one. Note I'm not mentioning their semiautos.

Also note above the barrel. I could mount a sight there, or could just spring for the Crimson Trace grips: Crimson Trace Laser Grip LG-307 Smith & Wesson K&L Frame [LG-307] - $269.00 : Laser 4 Gun, Laser Sights Tactical Lights Free Shipping
    Pricey, yeeeesss, but really sweet.

So, what distance are you planning on sighting that in for? I still have yet to settle the "red vs. green" debate in my own mind as well.

    Yes.
