Seller seriously needs to improve communication. Specifically needs to improve responding to PMs and emails after payment is made. Also needs to inform buyers that delivery will be delayed b/c he is traveling out of country, something he knows in well in advance. Package finally arrived but only after avoidable delays and breakdown in communications from seller lasting over 15 DAYS! Had to escalate the matter to the mods before any action was made by Larkin Vain.

A minor miscommunication early in the transaction was a small disappointment, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Great communication throughout. Packing was good, and shipping was prompt; it arrived in Michigan from Hawaii much more quickly than I had anticipated. Given the opportunity, I would definitely do business with Larkin Vain again.
