Cybertron Thunderblast - basically a boat on her back.
Armada Starscream - really HATE that mold, and the back kibble is one of the main reasons.
Beast Wars Rampage - I like the figure, it's just kibble-tastic.

Effing Universe 2.0 Silverbolt. His backpack is his alt. mode.

Yet it seems to actually work for Darkwing.

Seriously? If you are talking size, the largest backpack belongs to Primus. You don't get much bigger than half of Cybertron.

BWN Break. I love that little guy, but his kibbles/penguin shells are bigger than the bot body.

Universe Cheetor. It may not be the largest, persay, but it's just that damn awkward.

I'll also throw out Cybertron Jetfire. That damn mold is almost as deep as it is tall.

Oh, and Movie 1 Payload (the drone). While it's not a bulky backpack-style kibble chunk, he's got that ridiculous beam sticking out of his back.

Not sure if I understand cybertron Jetfire or Energon Scorponok...

My votes go to Armada Sideswipe and BW Retrax.

I don't know about biggest, but in my collection at least, Universe Cheetor's bothers me the most. At least Voyager Movie Prime's can kind of look like a military-type backpack with his guns attached. Everything about Cheetor from his look to his weapons screams speed and agility. Then you turn him around and see a huge honking backpack...

Yup... Break is more like a shell than any thing. Not much engineering was done to this thing.

trans-scanning prime. the backpack, with 2 decently sized guns and sets of wheels, pretty much covers his arms, he has those pretty large panels on his arms, he has blocks on his legs, and he has that butt flap. still a great toy though

I define kibble as useless excess plastic, so for me E. Scorponok does not belong here.

I agree BWN Break is definitely a top contender.
