I has their been any news as to wether we will be getting a bigger Soundwave or not?
I know they said they are working on a leader Lugnut, I thought a Leader, at the least voyager Soundwave would be awesome.
A Bulkhead sized leader Soundwave would be KICKASS. It would have phrases like,

    'I am Soundwave'
    'The Revolution begins now.'
    'Lazerbeak, eject.'

And would include a (ideally) un-modded lazerbeak.

Or if not that, a Optimus or Grimlock sized voyager would be cool, and he could include an un-modded Lazerbeak and a keyboard Ravage!

But the point is, has their been any news as to wether or not we'll be getting a bigger Soundwave?

Nothing that we know of, though he is supposed to be getting another minion at some point. Also, they aren't working on a Leader Lugnut.

Personally I'm happy with the Soundwave we've got. Since he's supposed to be a much bigger influence in the third Season, we could potentially get a larger toy for him. A Leader class Soundwave would be pretty cool. Though I'm not sure I'd get him.

There are no plans for a Leader Lugnut. Not sure where you got the impression there was.

A larger Soundwave doesn't need to be made .... he's into perfect scale with most of the other figures....... and just as Ravenxl7 , there is no Leader Lugnut that has been mentioned to be made........ and also there is already a Voyager sized Grimlock and Optimus Prime.

I could be wrong, but I thought I read that at Comic-con, they said they were working on a Leader Bulkhead, but someone corrected them, asking if they ment Lugnut, and they said yes.

    But that's not the point.

Also, I never said I didn't like the Deluxe. I LOVE him. But the guy is smaller then Bumblebee when he should be a little above Bulkheads height. But the Deluxe is awesome too, I'm posing him all the time, he's on my desk even as I type.

There's something called mass shifting. The ideal size for his car mode would be Voyager at most but there's no way it can turn into a Leader-sized robot

they are toys, that transform, that also have to be sold, and fit in packages, lol so you can not expect them to all be the correct show scale.

after all, transformers has never been that way. except with the exception of the alternators, nothing's been made to scale.

and i really don't see why it bothers any one? because we should all be used to it by now lol

One cool thing about Animated Soundwave is - based on his nature in the cartoon - he can be pretty much any size he wants to be, so consider the Deluxe toy as the form he got when there wasn't enough 'raw material' around to make him huge (but he did get a kickin' guitar. :)  )

It was been hinted that soundwave recolor
may be in pipeline with "a different instrument".
    Only rumor, no real confirmation.

Also, SSCC panel, stated that leader lugnut
was being looked at, not in the works.

yeah. Drumble. nice one soundblaster unit. :thumbs2:

I mean, you flip a rumble animation model with piledrivers over and you essentially have drums. so its the easiest old cassete to become a new instrument type.

my idea for a larger soundwave:
Classics Tiger electronics hit clips Soundwave. And each cassete not only transforms but has the hit clips (tiger electronics circa 2000) tech to run 30 second clips of instruments of destruction, dare, and the touch.
