    Yahoo!Auction - ???????????????

Anyone else who browses Yahoo! Japan auctions see this yet? Looks like a large Action Master! Too bad the translated description doesn't shed much light on the history of this figure.

I'm reminded of the giant hot rod PVC statue.

I bet this was supposed to be something like that.

Looks pretty plain. Just looks like any old robot rather than big imposing giant demonformer :D

Not good IMO. Too blockish for Unicron, he had more curves as seen in the movie which should be there considering it doesn't transform. Don't see his wings either, and his face doesn't look like the stern, emotionless demon we saw in the movie. More like an impish grin, especially with those big eyes.

    Basically not show-accurate for a non-transforming figure.

He started out that way, and we got what we got??! Wow, talk about a turn for the worse.

Anyways, this thing is awesome. Maybe it was going to be a Unicron toy back in the 80's?

It looks like a bad 3d model that was printed out via stereolithography. If there is a market for crap like this I'm going to start selling it.

it looks like its made of clay...

It's got really sloppy groove marks all over it, some of the "towers" on the arms are flopping over..

Could this be a prototype garage kit or some such thing? It certainly doesn't look like it transforms or has much in the way of articulation.

Looks somewhat interesting. Could be fan-made for all I know, though it'd be interesting if it was a build-a-figure. Would be interesting to see a Transformers version of one of those.

I see a lot similarities between this and the Armada Unicron--especially in the face. I wonder if this is an early non-transforming prototype to show the size of the figure and what it might look like.
