Yeah, who would think males would outnumber females on an online collector's forum for a boy's toyline?

Not to mention Ecchokat, MandySeven & several others.

It's just that when it comes to forums like this one, admitting to being a female tends to attract quite a bit of unwanted attention, so many of them choose to either remain as randoms or pretend to be guys. I've actually got a good number of female friends who do this on forums, and quite convincingly too.

LOL But very true! Chicks may dig TF's but you let the word out & the dudes come a'runnin! I have a female friend that is a member here for almost a year but I don't think she is ever on. Women may love Transformers as much as we fellas do, but some may feel safer being more anonymous or such.

No, no girls. If there are any girls they are obviously beards in disguise because real girls don't like transformers. Try the barbie forum, kthnx.

Trust me, there are over 100 female fans on the boards. Some are active, some are not.

I should know... I'm a fan girl, and I started a ladies social group here on TFW.

This. Not every single female fan is going to let themselves be known.

Why not? I think if there were girls they should start threads stating how they are female so we know who they are.

Female right here checking in. LOL. .This thread reminds me of the guys on my doll forum. Just like some girls on here may not say they are a girl guys that collect the Aisan ball Jointed Dolls I have don't always come out and state that they are male. It just depends your personal feeling I guess.

Hmm... imagine all the LOLs we girls would have if one of us started such a thread only to get a bunch of guys responding "OMG, there are girls who like Transformers?!"

Thinking about gals "coming out" & making there presence now reminds me of Megatron's line in TF:TM...... "LET THE SLAUGHTER BEGIN!"

If here is anything like Myspace or Facebook etc, 1 woman would get about 150 male posts per day & that reminds me of a slaughter of sorts.... thank the good Lord for external "stuffin" so I have the OPPOSITE problem lol

I mean it makes a huge difference to know if someone is female or not when posting on the forum, so it should be mandatory that they have some type of badge so we know who they are, am I right?

But what if there are girls who don't want a badge saying they're girls, that they prefer to lead others into believing that they're guys instead of girls?
