Yeah, these parts are really for use with the Omega set to be honest. The tiny Kreon arms do look kinda silly with that broad chest. Like Popeye or something haha

Thanks, just painted up Optimus's parts and I'm rather happy with how they turned out. I'll likely post a thread on it tomorrow but in the mean time I'll post a pic or two on my Facebook page. Link in the siggy.

 

For the Omega Supreme thingy, I suggest using Sentinel Prime. His torso doesn't look a whole lot like Omega, but it's better than any others.

Thanks, I want to get started on it as soon as I get Omega finished and prototypes ordered, though I'm torn on whether or not I should just get a jump on the microchanger combiner upgrades.

 

once I pick up one of the microchanger sets I'll be grabbing one of your sets most likely. Need to get them to not partsform between vehicle and combined modes, so thins will be most helpful

Might as well keep this thread going as a central place to collect my Kreon work rather than starting new threads. (I'll do that in the Radicons section with final prototypes though  )

So tonight I finished up the last details on the Omega Helmet, completing what I had planned for this kit. I'm not planning on doing the track "wings" but there are plenty of pegs and ports to fashion your own from leftover kre-o parts.

With that said, here is the renders for the completed Omega Upgrade set and the first 3rd party Kreon helmet that I know of  .

 

Oh I am so all over this omega!!! Maybe a chestplate as well?

Also seems like a great base to make a powermaster Optimus Prime

I imagine this would be a good base for plenty of big bots, maybe even city formers. I think the final figure will end up being about 4 inches or so. Still shorter than the combiners coming out next month. Just as well though as that would be one seriously expensive Shapeways order lol
