Hi!

I'm starting a Kre-O collection and I wanted to make my own modifications for each Transformers I get.

One of the first thing I wanted to do was to turn them into human-controled-type robots, by placing a human pilot inside the Transformer. You'll see more of that with my two next mods, as I didn't really do it for Megatron, because in my mind, he's badass enough and wouldn't let anyone command him.

But what I did with him was use all the remaining pieces and displacing some already put. I made him taller and gave him broader shoulders. Plus some other stuff, as you'll see in the pics.

I hope you'll enjoy it and will want to discuss it.  

Next ones i'm gonna present are Sheeva Bumblebee & a Warbot Starscream.

 

you should try and incorporate his trailer hitch into his waist to give him a waist swivel. I foolowed Split Lip's design for it and think it came out awesome. I like the changes you've made here

 

I don't really get the mod you're telling me about. But all I can say is that I don't have a single piece left in my Megatron box (I just made hit a big katana to go with his name, and changed one shoulder.

Here are the latest adjustments i've made. There I cheated a little as I've used some unused parts from Starscream and Bumblebee to create The sword and the new shoulder shield.
But now at least he looks more like a Samuraï.
