It may be fake in that some other group is making them, under the same name, so that they can ride on their past successes.

 

I don't care who makes it, as long as it gets made, is of decent quality, and it isn't the insane price that Takara is charging. Skywarp is the only one left for me to finish off my seeker display (I'll probably skip the coneheads).

At $59.99 for TRU Starscream, we know that the price can be set much lower. $200+ is flat out price-gouging.

 

Can you easily cancel deposit pre-orders at TFdirect? Otherwise who the hell would put down a deposit for something they have no idea how much is going to cost?

 

Wallet r*ping, overpricing the sh*t out of just because? I don't know how to really call the 200+ pp...

They have in the past. I bought 3 of the Igear MP seekers from them. They don't list them on their main webstore but sell them on their ebay store.

 

Jury is out on these and North American vendors. Masterpiece line has become a bigger part of Hasbro and Takara's plans.
I'm presuming Hasbro and Takara both take a cut of Hasbro Asia's profits somewhere along the line. So they may
be more aggressive about it this time.

If nobody bought the real thing, there wouldn't be toys to KO.

So from those of us who support the real thing, you're welcome  


But since Hasbro and Takara are avoiding the following decos, the Non-Camo Acid Storm and their single-shade-of-orange colored Sunstorm do have my interest.

 

If these are under $100, I may bite if these are decent quality. Igear Skywarp looks out of place among Mp-11 and Mp-11T.

 

If they tweak these and fix all of the mistakes on them, I would definitely be interested, even at a higher price.

 

Very happy bout these. I was starting to regret not buying the two Takara decos for MP11 Thundercracker and Skywarp. I refused, do to the high prices and wanted to stick to my guns. I already have 12 MP seekers in one form or another. I am tired of overpaying and/or rushing to buy whatever is new the moment it is announced. I am starting to be way more selective in my purchasing, and it is paying off.

 

TF-Direct will list a preorder even without vendor verification they will list just on rumors.

The iGear Seekers were not direct KOs like these would have been the iGear Seekers were retools of the MP03 mold to remove the hip kibble. Everyone was selling the iGear Seekers both BBTS & TFSource even listed them on their site not just their eBay store.

 

I don't think BBTS ever carried them, but TFsource did for a while.

 

This was always the risk with the official releases being so expensive and limited. If TakTom decide to do a Japanese release now some people would have bought these KOs and i don't predict many to re-buy the same figure.
