this is a good post to end it. You always do much research before buying for any product, at least as the price rises, the time you spend looking at them should inc. (that's why house hunting takes so long)

 

Mike is a very busy guy and I he has always been happy to talk and sort out any probs you have with items purchased be it KO or official.

I have sympathy for you (the op) but at the same time they are KO's and maybe you could have attempted to sort it our with KOToys first before opening this thread.

Its a general rule that you dont normally hear about the good things a company does but the bad things crop up all the time even though the good may outweigh the bad by 99-1.

 

But isn't that EXACTLY how Takara avoided the issue with Ghost Starscream?

 

Also, I'm well aware of this whole situation. The OP has not only had all of his money willingly refunded by Mike, he's trying to demand more free toys from him as some sort of recompense. Regardless of your opinions on KOToys/Mike in general, he's not the one being the asshole here.

 

Refunded? Thats a cool move by Mike. Seems to me the OP should be quite happy.

 

Sounds like a perfect excuse to close this thread then.
