Hey is this a KO http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI...ndexURL=0&photoDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting
Anymore it's hard to tell, but that looks legit.
I must admit, I can't see anything obviously off about it, but someone with a keener knowledge of KOs might. But yeah, my first instincts say legit.
You're indeed correct, that is a KO. The brand new shiny rivets give it away.
What do you mean? It states he bought it before KO's came out and he said authentic not fake, how do you partically know it's KO?
Well, either the seller is ignorant to the release dates of the KO's and the differences between them and originals
Some more info on how to this is a KO:
Again, the rivets on the arms of Frenzy & wing joints of Laserbeak are smooth, bright, shiny, and look as if they're made out of something like aluminum. The original rivets were made of diecast steel and are dark, in color and are not smooth. See the second picture of this auction for an original: VINTAGE TRANSFORMERS G1 FRENZY CASSETTE NICE - eBay (item 200265933742 end time Oct-27-08 14:54:26 PDT)
On the package of that 2-pack, the glow behind the figures is too large and extends into that fatter part of Frenzy's gun, while on the original it should stop right before that wider part of the barrel.
On a related side note, HERE is another KO. Compare to the one linked in the first post. Notice those rivets again? And that glow problem? They're identical and both fakes.
also theres no rubsign that I can see on those so id definitely say KO
It's a knockoff. Here's my ID guide for this:

Yup, Frenzys elbow bolts give it away. Definitely a KO.
I am curious as to how many of these still slip by?
haven't seen you in a while!
