PLEASE tell me WHO you purchased this wst Devy' from on ebay??? I have bought TWO already (one from ebay and another from some cheap-ass third party company from China) and both of them have wheels that don't all roll/spin. I can't find one who has wheels that actually spin! Some wheels spin but others are just plastic painted black to resemble wheels. Please help!

I too have a Mini Devy knock-off. mine came from BIGLOTS 4 years ago. I prefer the colors on mine. so much so that i call him LANDFILL and made him an Autobot (in honor of when the Autobots had him under thier control in the old G1 Cartoon)
